1. Introduction & Acceptance of Terms

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the website at faithstreetathletics.com and your purchase of products through our linked Etsy shop. By accessing or using our site and placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms, our Shipping Policy, and Etsy’s Terms of Use.
Effective as of April 10, 2025.

2. Eligibility & Account Registration

To purchase, you must have or create an Etsy account in accordance with Etsy’s policies.
You must be at least 18 years old (or have parental consent if under 18).

All purchases are processed through Etsy’s checkout system. We accept the payment methods supported by Etsy, including PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, credit cards, and debit/bank cards.
Sales tax is collected and remitted in accordance with Etsy’s policy for orders shipped to taxable U.S. states.

We ship all orders within the United States via USPS; international shipping is not offered.
Processing time may vary; please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be prepared and handed to USPS.
Once shipped, delivery typically takes 2–6 business days. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

If your item arrives damaged, please contact us at faithstreetathletics@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll arrange an exchange at no additional cost.
All items are made to order therefore, we do not accept returns, only exchanges if your item is damaged, deformed or incorrect during shipping.

All content on faithstreetathletics.com (text, images, logos) is owned by Faith Street Athletics and is protected by U.S. and international copyright laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our prior written consent.

By submitting reviews, photos, or comments, you grant us a perpetual, royalty‑free license to use, reproduce, and display that content in connection with our business.

All custom printed shirts are made to order. While we take great care to ensure quality, slight variations in placement, size, or print alignment may occur due to the handmade nature of the process. These minor differences do not qualify as defects.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Faith Street Athletics provides all products as listed and makes no guarantees beyond what is explicitly stated in product listings. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages related to your purchase or use of our products.

By using our website and purchasing our products, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Faith Street Athletics and its owners from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including legal fees) that result from your violation of these Terms, your misuse of our site or products, or your infringement of someone else's rights.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict‑of‑law rules.
Arbitration: Any dispute arising under or relating to these Terms shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association under its Commercial Arbitration Rules.
Small Claims Exception: You may bring an individual action in small claims court if your claim does not exceed the jurisdictional limit of that court.

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. When we do, we’ll post the revised Terms here with a new “Effective” date. Your continued use of our site after any changes means you accept the new Terms.
